3D Printed Dinosaurs | The 3D Printing Kickstarter of your Childhood
3D Printing Kickstarter- What should I know?
First of all, you should know that these miniatures are 3D Printing Miniatures and therefore, you will need a 3D Printer for them. We highly recommend the use of a Resin 3D Printed. These minis have too much detail to be done in an FDM Printer. I personally always print with Siraya Resin. It is difficult to get it out of the States, but if you can, it is a no-brainer. This Resin is strong.
Other thing that you should have into consideration in that most of the Miniatures have no Supports. You will need to support them with Chitubox or other slices. We will do a tutorial later.

For Printers, one of the best and more affordable Printers is the Elegoo Saturn but right now it is out of stock or resold by people trying to make money on it, so check if it is available here. If not, go to the Mars Pro for example.
What should I know About this 3D Printing Kickstarter?
There is no much information that I can give you. Unfortunately, we could not talk with the creator.
The inspiration for choosing this theme was thanks to his 5-year-old niece. She was very interested in the world of dinosaurs, so when he was making a clay Trex with her, and the childhood memories hit him, he diced to get this Kickstarter out.

Do you want to see the Scale of this 3D Printing Kickstarter?
Palm Size Dinosaurs! I think my favorite 3D Printed one will always be the Velociraptor. Yours?
Did you know that Velociraptor Had Feathers, not Scaly, Reptilian Skin?
Extrapolating from the smaller, more primitive, feathered raptors that predated it by millions of years, paleontologists believe Velociraptors sported feathers, too, due to having quill knobs, just like today’s birds, on their bones where feathers would have attached. Artists have depicted this dinosaur as possessing everything from pale, colorless, chicken-like tufts to green plumage worthy of a South American parrot. Whatever the case, Velociraptor almost certainly wasn’t lizard-skinned, as it’s portrayed in the “Jurassic” movies. (Assuming Velociraptors needed to sneak up on their prey, we’re on safer ground assuming that they weren’t too brightly feathered.)
Is there 3D Printing Patreon with similar styles?
Not really right now. Most of them are focus in some games but not in pure Dinosaurs.
On the other hand, if you are interested in ancient History and Myths, you can Check Mojibake Miniatures and his Patreon about Japan Mythics, or, join our Newsletter to get new info always!
